10 years of Skopje Vinyl Convention
This year, the convention takes place at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Skopje, on September 12th
Skopje Vinyl Convention is an event dedicated to vinyl enthusiasts, bringing together record collectors and fans of the format in one place. The convention offers an opportunity to buy, sell and exchange records, while also creating an all-day gathering for music lovers of all generations, featuring an extensive program of local and international DJs.
Some of the notable names who have performed at the convention include DJ Koco, Diamond D, Easy Mo Bee, Robert Smith, Natasha Diggs, Fonki Cheff, DJ Woody, Marc Hype, Naughty NMX, Boca 45, and many more. Skopje Vinyl Convention plays an important role in promoting and developing vinyl culture in Macedonia and across the Balkans, helping keep the passion for records and turntables alive as an important part of music and cultural life.
This year, the convention takes place at the Museum of Contemporary Art - Skopje, on September 12th. The program will run for more than 12 hours and will feature 36 local, regional and international DJs across 3 stages, over 20 record dealers, a bazaar and pop-up shops, a dedicated kids’ corner, food and drinks, and many other activities throughout the day.
